Instructions
1: Trim and remove the ends of the green beans. Wash and set aside. 2: In a large wok, add 2 tbsp of cooking oil over medium high heat. 3: Once hot, add your minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. 4: Add your washed green beans. Sauté for 1 minute. 5: Add 1/4 cup water. Sauté for 2 minutes. 6: Add your seasonings: salt, sugar, MSG. Sauté for another 3 minutes. 7: Turn off the heat and serve immediately.View original recipe
